 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return. The item must be unused and in its original condition. The item must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable. The item must not be damaged, washed, altered, or used. Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Rimsha Trader will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement. For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error, defect, or damaged item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility under this policy.
